Product Return Policy

Dtmbazaar PVT. LTD. assures and stands with the quality of its products and guarantees your satisfaction. In case of any reason, if you are not completely satisfied with the products, you may return it within 15 days of purchase of products for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy.

The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, (not used and opened). This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is the responsibility of the Dtmbazaar Business Owner/Associates/Distributor to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and keep it in spirit. By providing a good and valuable reason, in case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, and retail customers can return/exchange the product to/from the distributor from whom they have purchased the same, within 15 days from the date of purchase of products and return the said products along with the original customer order receipt copy in un-tampered condition. This process is applicable through only Dtmbazaar Business Owner/Associates/Distributor like money refund or replacement of products; it is the Owner/Associates/Distributor obligation to satisfy the customer's needs. Thereafter, the Owner/Associates/Distributor can exchange the products from the Company within 15 days from the date of purchase of products and must submit the following at the time of exchange.

(We believe in complete customer satisfaction, for anyone to do business with us; since only satisfied customers can become Dtmbazaar Business owner/Associates/Distributor, he/she cannot claim refund, can only exchange the product from the company in case of any defects, damage or expiry challenges. Dtmbazaar Business owner/Associates/Distributor, who enrolled newly, can cancel the first order against the termination of his distributorship before the weekly cut- off date of the same week. Once a distributor cancels his first order he will not be entitled to have a new distributorship or cannot have a Dtmbazaar Business Ownership/Associates/Distributorship for the next 90 days from the date of cancellation of the purchase).

Reference Notes:

  • The distributor must return the product(s) to
  • Pick- Up Centers in any of the nearby location.
  • Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date to the date of receipt at the Office.
  • Conditions apply to the condition in which the stock is received back through the Business Owner/Associates/Distributor as a return.
  • The product must be 'marketable' as assessed by the Company Executive at the office.
  • If unsold products return is greater than or equal to 6 in number on a single invoice, handling charges will be applicable and deducted (conditions apply*).
  • The Product Return Policy does not apply to open packs of literature and videos or other sales aids.
  • Total returns cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the Invoice.
  • If products are returned by customers directly to distributor, PV/BV adjustment shall be done from the distributor's account & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from distributor. And the refund will be within 15 days of product returned back to us and payment will be made through account transfer (no cash refund).
  • Product return & shipment cost to be borne by the customer.
  • If the goods are delivered in the damaged condition to the customer, then the shipping cost is to be borne by the company.
  • No Cancellation Policy if, customer cancels the order midway after product is shipped; they will have to return it back and claim refund.
